What documents do I need to rent a bike?
A valid driving licence — no exceptions. No DL, no bike. Every rental comes with a proper bill.
How is the rental charged?
Pick the plan that fits your trip: per hour for a quick errand, 12 hours for a half-day ride, or 24 hours for a full day. All prices are listed on the Fleet & Pricing page.
Is fuel included?
Bikes are delivered with a full tank. Return it with the same level, or top-up charges apply.
Do you give helmets?
Yes — helmets for two riders come with every booking at no extra cost.
Can you deliver the bike to my hotel?
Yes. We offer doorstep delivery to hotels and homes in Balasore and nearby towns like Chandipur. Share your location on WhatsApp when booking.
When do I get my security deposit back?
The deposit is refunded the same day you return the bike.
